    Our Prominent Hill and Carrapateena teams work a lifestyle-friendly fly in fly out roster, meaning you can have a satisfying career and spend quality time in the place you call home. We also offer our employees the possibility of flexible working arrangements.

    Our chartered flights to Prominent Hill and Carrapateena are an easy 1-hour flight from Adelaide Airport or just 40 minutes from Port Augusta.

Performance based incentive plans

Salary sacrificing

Income Protection

OZ Minerals offers an income protection benefit to all our permanent employees to support their way of life while they get back on their feet in case of an illness or injury.

If employees are continuously absent from work due to illness or injury for more than 30 days this benefit will pay 75% of employees monthly fixed remuneration for up to 2 years.
