We gather in person from time to time in our Adelaide facility to collaborate, co-create and connect and travel will be required on these occasions as will some time on site.

The Role - What will you be doing?

In our Devolved Model our operating Assets are responsible for delivering against their business plans in line with our overarching strategy and our governing process and performance standards. The work of the Corporate Functions is to focus on the design and assurance of this governance system and the future growth of the Company. The work of the Devolved Assets and Corporate is complimentary and separate and together forms what we refer to as the OZWay.


This corporate role has a direct impact on designing our system and people processes, partnering with our stakeholders and Assets to assure we are unlocking the value of our OZ Way in our devolved model.


Accelerate our Inclusive culture and workforce diversity:

  • Provide thought leadership on best practice, to deliver a step change in inclusion and workforce diversity to our Executive sponsors, Senior Leaders, and People Teams.
  • Systematise our zero-tolerance approach to harassment, bullying and discrimination and proactively focus on building safe, caring, and respectful work environments for our workforce.
  • Build external partnerships and roadmaps to build systems, mindsets, and behaviours to embed our inclusive culture through Friendly Workplaces/Parents at Work, FlexWeAre, Workplace Gender Equality (WGEA) Employer of Choice accreditation, Pride in Diversity, Diversity Council Australia, and inclusion for our First Nations workforce (including community leaders at Assets and external partners).
  • Build and embed inclusive workplaces and leadership capability (content, tools and resources, data driven insights) through our OZ Way Capability Framework.



Strengthen and embed our High Trust, High Accountability Culture as our competitive advantage:

  • Leverage the OZ Way to embed How We Work Together Principles and Behaviours, people processes, systems, and measurement to achieve our strategic aspirations.
  • Lead assurance plans related to culture, inclusion and diversity, and organisational capability (flexible work and work life plans, quality development conversations).
  • Support the design and enhance the capability and tools for embedding How We Work Together Principles and Behaviours for our workforce, giving and receiving feedback, coaching, and developing others, building high performing teams, mental wellbeing and resilience, inclusive workplaces, harnessing diversity of thought and leading change into our OZ Way Capability framework.
  • Provide data driven insights on our culture and impact on value creation for our stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to drive organisational wide culture change.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, partnering with diverse stakeholders.
  • A passion for inclusion and diversity and demonstration of taking an integrated approach to deliver a systemic step change.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • An innovative mindset to challenge traditional assumptions and go beyond what is possible to create value for our workforce and stakeholders.
  • A data driven approach.
  • A strategic mindset to support and enhance the development of systems.
  • High levels of personal ownership and initiative to deliver high quality outcomes.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership capability.
